Essential Bar Service

The Essential Bar Service package is designed for hosts who wish to provide their own alcohol while still offering a professional, fully equipped bar experience. This package delivers all the foundational elements needed to serve guests efficiently and with care.

    • Licensed bartenders for up to 4 hours of service

    • 151 to 225 guests | 2 Bartenders | $975

  • We aren’t trying to be sneaky, we promise! Calculating amount of drinks and servers needed can be a bit tricky, and our goal is to make this process as easy as possible. We take pride in our customer service and feel we will give you the most accurate quote when we are able to review all your event’s information and details. We will walk you through the process with detailed explanations of what packages and services will best suite your budget and event’s needs. Our goal is to give you peace of mind and security in knowing you are getting the most accurate pricing and the best bartending service Oklahoma City has to offer!

  • Our team will arrive one hour before your event is scheduled to begin, ensuring a smooth set-up. Once the event begins, our team is on site actively providing services for up to 4.5 hours.

    For example:

    5 pm event start time

    • Arrive for set up at 4 pm

    • Last drink is served at 9:15 pm

    • Bar is closed by 9:30 pm

    Additional time on site is available at an added cost.

  • With a hosted bar, the guests are not charged for alcoholic beverages, as the host you will be responsible for the cost of all the drinks. All hosted bars are priced per person. Cash bar packages are charged per drink and each guest will pay for their own drink. As the host you will be charged a set-up fee.

  • Yes! We are excited to now offer a limited menu of fun and unique “mocktails” that are 100% alcohol free. Please contact us for more information about adding mocktails to your package.

  • Top Shelf provides one (1) bartender per 100 guests.

  • We know there are times when all you need is a little help and are happy to offer a waitstaff only option. Please use the contact form for more information and rates about this package.

  • We would be happy to discuss any add-ons and extras that we can offer for your event. Just fill out the Request a Quote form and we will get in touch!

  • We typically place a tip jar at the bar for guests who wish to show their appreciation. However, if you prefer to include gratuity upfront, we offer the option to pre-pay based on your package selection. Just let us know your preference—we’re happy to accommodate either approach to best suit your event style.
