“Welcome to the Pham”: The Wedding That Defined the Season

If there was one wedding this year that perfectly captured elegance, culture, and unforgettable personal touches—it was Miranda and Trung Pham’s. Held on May 10, 2025, at the breathtaking Bower Venue, this black-tie celebration wasn’t just a ceremony; it was a full-sensory experience that brought nearly 400 guests into their story — made even more special with a custom cocktail catering menu by Top Shelf.

A Theme with Heart and Humor

Their wedding theme, “Welcome to the Pham,” said it all. A joyful play on their new last name, it reflected the blending of their American and Vietnamese heritages into one beautiful, shared life. It was equal parts meaningful and fun—just like them.

Visually, the day was anchored in a rich, romantic palette they called “50 Shades of Pink.” From soft blush to bold magenta, cascading floral installations filled the venue with warmth, color, and elegance—turning The Bower Venue into a scene straight out of a European garden dream. It’s no wonder it’s a favorite venue for wedding vendors, photographers and event planners.

Why The Bower?

The couple chose The Bower Venue in Edmond, Oklahoma, for the elegance it embodies and the expansive beauty of its grounds.

“From the beginning of our wedding planning in 2023, we knew our wedding would be a grand affair, and it was important to us that our guests could enjoy picturesque surroundings during cocktail hour, as well as a reception hall that would be spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably,” Mirand shared. “The stunning Bower House, the impeccably landscaped grounds, and the enchanting Bower Gardens transported them to what felt like the Italian countryside, providing the perfect canvas for their wedding vision.”

Signature Cocktails by Top Shelf Cuisine & Cocktails

With the help of Top Shelf Cuisine & Cocktails, the couple designed a cocktail experience that became one of the highlights of the entire evening. They created three signature cocktails:

  • His: A Vodka Press with Lychee Vodka, nodding to Trung’s Vietnamese roots

  • Hers: A vibrant Prickly Pear Club Special

  • Ours: A refreshing Hugo Spritz, perfect for a sharing a toast to new beginnings

Perhaps one of the most personal and talked-about elements? A dedicated Old Fashioned bar during cocktail hour in the Bower Gardens—a tribute to the bride’s father, Troy Tortorici, and his love of fine bourbons. Every drink was chosen with intention and had significant meaning in the couple’s lives. We loved getting to bring their charming vision to life. It was charming, meaningful, and completely unique to their family.

Service That Set the Standard

From day one, Miranda and Trung knew they were in good hands. “We had an instant connection with Haley from Top Shelf that felt so natural and easy,” Miranda shared.

That connection carried through to their tasting—where Haley prepared 16 to 18 different cocktail options to make sure the final selections felt just right. The result? A bar menu that was entirely customized to their tastes and personalities.

On the wedding day, Top Shelf executed every detail with perfection. With nearly 400 guests, the service was quick, polished, and professional. “The presentation was flawless,” Miranda said. “There were no long lines and everything was so thoughtfully organized. It made a huge difference.”

Small Touches with Big Impact

One of the most memorable moments came completely unprompted: the Top Shelf team began offering beautifully crafted mocktails to younger guests—a simple act of inclusion that meant the world to Miranda and Trung. It’s those small moments of care and attentiveness that made the experience unforgettable.

Final Thoughts

Looking back, Miranda and Trung said it best: “We weren’t just offering drinks—we were creating an experience. The bar radiated luxury, indulgence, and true hospitality.”

From the thoughtfully curated drinks to the flawless service, Top Shelf Cuisine & Cocktails helped elevate the day into something extraordinary.

When asked if they would recommend Top Shelf, the bride responded with,  “Without a doubt. “Their attention to detail, exceptional client service, and flawless execution are truly unmatched.”

This wedding wasn’t just beautiful—it was deeply personal, expertly planned, and filled with moments that will live on in the memories of everyone who attended. Welcome to the Pham, indeed.
