Yes. Guest count increases may be made up to 5 days prior to your event, allowing us time to prepare the additional food, beverages, staffing, and rentals needed.
Guest count reductions are permitted up to 20 days before your event. Reductions are limited to 25 guests or 10% of the contracted guest count, whichever is less.
Within 20 days of your event, your guaranteed guest count becomes the minimum billable count, as food has been ordered, staffing has been scheduled, and event preparations are already underway.
