The Harvey’s Love Story

Gabrielle and Gage’s love story began in an unexpected but charming place—walking through the halls of a movie theater. After five and a half years together, Gage planned the perfect proposal during a family trip to Las Vegas. With the iconic water fountain show as the backdrop and a hidden photographer in place, he popped the question—surprising Gabrielle by bringing both their families to celebrate the moment.

The Perfect Venue — The Springs in Edmond, OK

The couple chose The Springs in Edmond, Oklahoma, for its stunning and versatile layout. “I had required two separate areas for the ceremony and reception when it came to choosing our venue,” Gabrielle shared. They exchanged vows in the chapel on-site, hosted cocktail hour in the outdoor ceremony space, and danced the night away in the beautiful, expansive reception hall.

The Personal Touch of Cocktails

Food and drinks played a key role in bringing their vision to life. The couple’s specialty cocktails—crafted around their favorite drinks—added a memorable, personal touch that guests loved. “The prickly pear club special cocktail was a guest favorite,” Gabrielle said. With both an outdoor bar for cocktail hour and an indoor bar during the reception, guests enjoyed delicious drinks without long waits. “Perfection,” as Gabrielle described it.

After the first meeting, Gabrielle and Gage knew they had found the right team. “We were in good hands,” Gabrielle said. “Our tasting meeting was fantastic, and the Top Shelf team was excellent with communication and detail.”

“The entire process!” Gabrielle said when asked if there were any moments where Top Shelf went above and beyond. From day one, clear communication and thorough planning made the experience seamless. “I had no worries going into wedding day.”

Gabrielle’s advice? “Trust your gut! Pick a few options and after emailing or meeting with the teams, you’ll know which is right for you.”

Looking back, Gabrielle and Gage agreed that the bar service helped elevate the entire wedding experience. They enjoyed the personal touch of having his & hers cocktails and their guests absolutely loved it!
